The City of Provo believes that one of the hallmarks of a truly great city is access to all members of the community. It is the goal of the City to make every reasonable effort to provide equal access to all City-sponsored services, programs, and activities for citizens and employees with disabilities. Equal employment opportunities will be provided for all qualified individuals with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The City makes reasonable modifications in policies, practices, and procedures to ensure equal access and works to operate it's programs so that, when viewed as a whole, those programs are reasonably accessible to, and usable by, individuals with disabilities.
ADA Grievance Policy. This document provides information on how to file a grievance in a case where a person believes the City has not followed the guidelines of the Americans With Disabilities Act.
Notice and Appeal Process. This information is provided to advise interested residents as to the process for appealing an action by the City and/or requesting a reasonable accommodation under the ADA.
